• FEM-Berechnung komplexer statischer und dynamischer Aufgaben sowie darauf aufbauende Betriebsfestigkeitsbeurteilungen
• Strukturmechanische Berechnungen (Finite-Element-Methode und analytische Nachweise nach Regelwerk) und deren Dokumentation
• Statische und dynamische Berechnungen; Finite-Element-Analysen
• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung vollständiger Berechnungsaufgaben von der Geometrieübernahme aus CAD über Modellerstellung, Vernetzung, Formulierung und Aufbringung der Randbedingungen, Durchrechnung und Auswertung der Ergebnisse
• Eigenständige Organisation der Arbeiten zur Gewährleistung einer termingerechten Fertigstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement
• Systematische Dokumentation sowie qualifizierte und überzeugende Darstellung der Resultate
• Festigkeitstechnische Bewertung von Bauteilen
• Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von Modifikationen und Strukturertüchtigung
• Fachliche Betreuung extern vergebener Berechnungsaufgaben
• Abstimmungen mit Kunden und Klassifikationsgesellschaften

Ihr Profil:

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Schiffbau, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der schiffbaulichen Konstruktion
• Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der FEM-Berechnung, vorzugsweise mit ANSYS und der Betriebsfestigkeitsbewertung, vorzugsweise mit RFEM, sind wünschenswert
• Erfahrungen im Druckbehälterbau wünschenswert aber nicht Voraussetzung
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit einem 3D-CAD-Programm (z.B. Cadmatic)
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Microsoft-Office-Paket
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Responsibilities:

• New vessel construction, refits, conversions and offshore structures
• Creation of classification and workshop drawings, computer models of structures for building contractors, product information such as part lists and profile sketches
• Communication with colleagues involved in the same project
• Ships’ inspection for measurements
• Applying software such as NUPAS-Cadmatic and Cadmatic-HULL, for design and visualization
• Structural Analysis
• Preparation of technical reports to summarize results

 Your profile:

• Alternatively, educated technician
• Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding or plant construction desirable

Responsibilities:

3-D coordination

• Autonomous and independent creation of piping concepts and detailed planning under procedural, economic and assembly-technical aspects starting with concept development from basic to detail engineering
• For the conceptual layout planning and arrangement of modeled components, the laying of air and cable ducts as well as the piping on the basis of the functional piping diagrams for engine rooms, technical rooms and decks we use the Cadmatic 3D CAD software
• Creation of all required production documents (installation drawings, pipe and coordination plans, execution drawings, manufacturing drawings, pipe isometrics, parts lists, etc.)
• Technical coordination and consultation with suppliers and customers before and during the construction phase.
• Integration of any change statuses in the 3D model and the technical documentation
  and in case of an appropriate qualification in addition.

Creation of piping diagram (P&IDs)

• Design, calculation and preparation of piping diagrams based on building specifications and classification rules
• Technical coordination with ship owners and suppliers
• Preparation of specifications for the procurement process

• Planning and design of LNG drive units and related piping systems
• Selection of appropriate components and units, for completion of imposed requirements
• Creation of concepts based on the specifications of shipping companies, the safety regulations of the classification authorities and also of the ships’ condition
• Implementation of specifications in compliance with safety-relevant regulations
• Autonomous and independent negotiation and technical coordination with shipping companies, suppliers and classification authorities
• Implementation of pipe stress analysis
